Referenced Builder Program

As a convenience to our property owners, The Bluffs developers have interviewed local builders and identified several local builders that have consistently demonstrated high levels of quality and value. We encourage you to check out these builders as well as any of the builder members of the Southern Living Magazine Custom Builders Program.

Wade Chappell, managing principal of Chappell Construction Group (CCG) is a Georgia Tech engineering graduate, with special training in construction management. His building experience includes both commercial and residential construction. Wade has built dozens of Buckhead and North Atlanta homes, many of those during the recent period of malaise in the real estate industry. Many of the homeowners and prominent architects on their reference list suggest that they initially chose CCG because of their history of quality and cost control. But most of those references also cite that the business relationship and trust that was established between them and CCG is at the forefront of their reasons for wanting to become one of Wade’s references.  

CCG has completed two major residences at The Bluffs, one of those being a Southern Living Showcase Home. Another residential project at The Bluffs is in the planning stages in early 2012.  

CCG is an affiliated member of the Southern Living Custom Builders Program, a membership that is only open to those who meet the stringent qualifying standards of business and personal performance which are established by Southern Living.
